Cadaver based hands on training programme of quad zygomatic and pterygoid implants

Santosh Deemed to be University organized Cadaver based Hands-on training programme on Quad Zygomatic and Pterygoid implants for the delegation from Vietnam in collaboration with Asia Pacific association of implant dentistry and Noris academy (Israel) on 10th December 2022. Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (Santosh Dental College) and the Department of Anatomy (Santosh Medical College) actively participated and coordinated the event. The event was inaugurated by Prof (Dr.) Manoj Goyal, Chancellor, Santosh Deemed to be University. The workshop was graced by the presence of Vice Chancellor, Prof(Dr.) Tripta Bhagat, Dean Medical College, Prof(Dr.) Alka Aggarwal, Dean Dental College, Prof(Dr.) Akshay Bhargava, Dean Academics Santosh Deemed to be University, Prof(Dr.) Shalabh Gupta, Registrar Santosh Deemed to be University, Prof(Dr.) Alpana Agarwal, Dean Research Santosh Deemed to be University, Prof(Dr.) Jyoti Batra, Director IQAC Santosh Deemed to be University, Prof(Dr.) Dakshina Bisht, Dr Amit B. Lall (Head, OMFS Department)

It was a single-day event, with lectures and a hands-on training programme on zygomatic implant placement in atrophic and compromised situations. Cadaver dissection was done by 18 participants from Vietnam under the able guidance of faculty from APAID and Santosh deemed to be University.
