On 27th December 2024, the Department of Immunohematology and Blood Transfusion at Santosh Medical College and Hospital organized a focused training session on 'Emergency Codes' as part of the Paramedical Development Program. Held at the Blood Centre, Santosh Hospital, the session was attended by 3 teachers, 6 students, and 10 non-teaching staff members.
The training, led by Dr. Amit Varma, aimed to enhance the readiness of the technical staff by familiarizing them with critical emergency codes used in healthcare settings, such as:

The session included practical drills and real-world scenarios, providing participants with hands-on experience in managing various crisis situations. An interactive Q&A session at the end allowed attendees to clarify doubts and share their perspectives.
