The Master of Hospital Administration (M.H.A) is a postgraduate professional degree program designed to equip students with the knowledge and abilities necessary for the effective management of healthcare organizations. This two-year program covers a wide range of subjects including healthcare management, policy, financing, informatics, law, ethics, and operations.

The M.H.A curriculum consists of core courses that focus on healthcare management, encompassing topics such as healthcare planning, marketing, finance, accounting, human resource management, information technology, quality management, and operations. Students also have the option to select elective courses aligned with their career aspirations, such as healthcare policy and ethics, law, and informatics.

Throughout the program, students gain practical experience through internships, capstone projects, and hands-on assignments, which prepare them for employment in diverse healthcare settings. Graduates of the program can pursue various career paths, including hospital administration, healthcare consulting, healthcare policy analysis, and healthcare operations management.

Typically, applicants to Master of Hospital Administration (M.H.A) Programs are required to hold a bachelor's degree in healthcare management, public health, business administration, or a related field. Some programs may also require applicants to have relevant work experience in the healthcare industry.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. A Degree in Bachelor of Public Health/ MBBS/ Ayush (BUMS/BAMS/BHMS), BBA, BHA, BSc Nursing/ B. Pharma or its equivalent qualifications from a recognized University/ Institution.
  2. Graduation in any stream with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University.
  3. Graduation in any stream with at least 45% marks in aggregate from a recognized University for SC/ST/OBC classes.
