The Department of Surgery held a Faculty Development Program (FDP) on research methodology and literature review. The program was conducted and organized by Dr. Jyoti Batra, Dean of Research, and focused on topics such as indexing agencies and impact factors. There were 23 members who attended the FDP. Further to this, based on the suggestion of Dr. Sameer Nakkashi, the Head of the Surgery Department, a 2-day hands-on workshop for all PGs and faculty of surgery department on research paper writing will be conducted on Friday, February 3rd and Saturday, February 4th, 2024.
