Position : Research Assistant

Experience: Experience in laboratory techniques, sample handling, or biomedical data management is preferred.

Eligibility for Research Assistant under the collaborative project: "Beyond Participation: Building a Patentable Predictive Performance Framework for Women Athletes with Intellectual Disabilities."

MD/MS/PhD/Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, Biochemistry, Physiology, Biotechnology, or a related field
Final semester candidates with a strong academic record may also apply

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct laboratory work (ELISA, RT-PCR, Western Blot)
Manage sample collection, storage, shipment, and records
Coordinate assessment camps and field activities.
Assist in reports, SOPs, manuscripts, and project documentation.
Liaise with academic and industry partners.
Travel to West Bengal twice in the tenure for field work and data collection

Duration & Salary:

Project-based appointment for 1 year (extendable)
Consolidated salary: ₹28,000/- per month + TA/DA for field visits
