The Birth of Inner Peace

Launched in June 2025 under the guidance of the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, the Friday Meditation Series was introduced as a quality initiative by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) to support emotional well-being and mindfulness within the university community.

Recognizing the increasing stress and demands of healthcare education and professional life, the programme creates a dedicated space every Friday for reflection, meditation, and inner rejuvenation.

The sessions are conducted in the serene environment of the Mahaganapati Temple and are guided by experienced meditation practitioners, including facilitators from organizations such as the Brahma Kumaris.

More than a wellness activity, the initiative has evolved into a meaningful community experience that promotes calmness, compassion, focus, and collective well-being.

True education nurtures not only the intellect, but also inner peace and emotional balance.

Start your Friday with mindfulness, calming meditation, gratitude and
positivity to rejuvenate your mind, body and inner well-being.

9:00 AM

Welcome & Meditation Music

Gentle calming music to relax the mind and prepare participants.

Guided Meditation

Mindfulness and breathing techniques led by experienced facilitators.

Reflection Circle

Participants share thoughts, gratitude, and experiences.

Prasad Distribution

The session concludes with distribution of Prasad, encouraging togetherness and positivity.

Outcomes & Impact
