Clinico-pathological Case Conference, September 2022

Clinico-pathological case (CPC) conference is a teaching tool that illustrates a case-based method of learning medicine by problem-solving approach.The department of Dermatology in collaboration with the department of Pathology organized a CPC on September 14, 2022, at Santosh Hospital, Ghaziabad.

Dr. V. K. Garg (Professor & HOD) initiated the session by giving the welcome address. Dr. Mehak and Dr. Saema presented the clinical cases (Atrophoderma of Pasini & Pierini and Hypertrophic Lichen Planus). The Pathology residents discussed the histological findings of the same. The expert panel for discussion consisted of Dr. V. K. Garg (Professor & HoD) & Dr. Gulshant Panesar (Assistant Professor) from department of Dermatology and Dr. Swati (Associate Professor) from department of Pathology.Active and enthusiastic participation from the faculty and students made it a successful session.
