The Central Library organized Workshop on Teaching Learning Opportunities in SWAYAM MOOCs Procedures and Practices on 23rd February 2024 at Lecture Hall 4 in our College Premises.
The programme started at 02.PM with Welcome address by Mr. P. Ramu, Chief Librarian Chaired by Dr. Shalabh Gupta, Dean-Academics and Dr. Akshay Bhargava, Dean-Dental. & Library Committee Chairperson. Mr.P.Ramu. Chief Librarian Introduced the Resource Faculty Dr. Lalita Tyagi, Librarian, IMS,Ghaziabad and Dr.Vinay Kumar Kainthola NIIT University, Neemrana.
The Chief Guest Dr. Lalita Tyagi Delivered an Inspirational lecture on the topic Teaching Learning Opportunities in SWAYAM MOOCs Courses Procedures and Practices and answered every question asked by Students and Staff members through google form. Dr.Vinay Kumar delivered lecture on SWAYAM and narrated live registration of SWAYAM, explained SWAYAM features, and credits scores for each course available. Also he narrated regarding curriculum based course contents, Skill based course, advanced curriculum and professional certification applicable guideline and E-Learning practices in Swayam Portal.
In Addition, Dr. Shalabh Gupta Dean Academics Honored Resource Faculty Dr.Lalita Tyagi with Memento and Certificates. Dr. R .K. Sharma Dean Paramedical Honored the Resource Faculty Dr.Vinay Kumar Kainthola Dy.Librarian NIIT, Neemrana with Memento and Certificate.
The event accomplished with more than 170 + participants of Santosh Deemed to be University from all over the stream of the faculty members, research scholars & students and received feedback form with highly satisfied report from more than 90 participants. In end of the programme , Dr.T.Sakthivel Dy.Librarian proposed the vote of thanks. Finally, the excellent programme came to end with great success by the guidance of our Library Advisory Committee Members Dr. Shalabh Gupta, Dean Academics, Dr.Akshay Bhargave, Dean Dental & Library Committee Chairperson.
