**Attendees: BOT interns and diploma ophthalmology technician students  

**Objective:**            

The Innovation Council meeting convened to discuss and strategize innovative initiatives aimed at enhancing  competitiveness and addressing emerging challenges.

**Agenda Items:**

Basic information on introduction to innovation and it’s various phases were explained to the inquisitive crowd

Various stages in innovation like pre incubation incubation  and startup phase

Importance of IPR and copyright was explained with simple examples

The Innovation Council meeting served as a platform for robust discussion, collaboration, and decision-making to drive forward the organization's innovation agenda.
