Health Talk

On 19th April, The department of Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics at Santosh Medical College & Hospital in collaboration with the CSR team of SMCH organised a health talk at PD international school Village nangla chhajju Hapur

The aim of the health talk was to enlighten students about the "3 dimensions of health" that is Physical, Mental and Social health.Balance diet, importance of milk in daily diet and side effects consumption of fast food, Hand washing technique,

Ms Deepshikha Malik, Assistant Professor- Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics enlightened more than 150 students about the various aspects of health and ways to achieve them, establish a healthy relationship with your mind, body and also society.

The program also included brief knowledge to the teachers about the scope for further studies in Medical as well as various Paramedical courses that can be opted, so that they can counsel their students about the same also their career objectives.

Ms. Shweta Chaudhary from the CSR team of SMCH also engaged with the students regarding the same and had a great interaction with the students through queries and answering. Overall the event was a success.
