Department of Prosthodontics celebrated the “INTERNATIONAL DAY OF THE OLDER PERSON” on 3rd October 2023, from 9am to 4pm. Department organized a Single Day Denture Delivery Camp at Sector 12 Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad.
The concept of single day FREE denture camp was initiated to provide oral health care for completely edentulous geriatric patients at their door steps as elderly patients have economical constraints and find difficult to visit Dental Surgeons multiple times.
Complete Oral health check- up was done for total 68 number of patients. 25 Complete Denture Prosthesis were delivered.
A 24 hour recall appointment was scheduled at Santosh Dental College, Department of Prosthodontics. Faculties, PGs and Interns and non teaching staff participated in this camp together to make it a huge success.
