NATIONAL HEALTH SKILL CONCLAVE 2022-DEPARTMENT OF ORAL AND MAXILLOFACIAL PATHOLOGY & ORAL MICROBIOLOGY

Department of Oral Pathology conducted a skill workshop on 2nd Nov 2022 in Santosh Dental College and Hospital under National Health Skill Conclave organized by Santosh Deemed to be University.

Name of the skill: Exfoliative Cytology: A boon in diagnosis

Details: The program was conducted to create awareness about the advances of the Exfoliative Cytology amongst the students. Around 60 delegates registered and attended the workshop which included under graduate students, post graduate students and interns. The program was conducted in the Hall C at Santosh University from 1-2 pm. The events of the program included a brief lecture on Exfoliative Cytology followed by a demonstration. The students performed hands-on skill with full zeal. The students enthusiastically and whole heartedly participated as Exfoliative Cytology is the emerging trend in the Oral Pathology.
