Santosh Deemed to be University organised National health skills conclave on 2nd November, 2022 at Santosh Medical & Dental College. It provided students an opportunity to practice basic skills and interact with health professionals and faculty.
Department of Dermatology participated in the event and presented the talk on Topical Steroids:Awareness and Abuse. The session was conducted at 2nd November 2022 at 11AM-12PM at Santosh Medical College.
Dr. V. K. Garg (Professor &HoD) was the chairperson for the session. Dr.Sonaliinitiated the session by introducing the topicand educated the students regarding various use and misuse of topical steroids in present scenario. She also emphasized on the significance of counselling in patients with topical steroids abuse. Finally, questions were took from audience and session was concluded.
It was a very informative session with good audience participation, making it a successful event.
