Non Teaching training and Faculty induction training-Department of pathology

On 16March 2023 Department of pathology conducted a Non teaching staff training and faculty induction training on the new hematology analyser ERBA ELITE installed in the lab .The training was conducted by Mr luv kush Pandey senior manager Transasia.Salient features of the new instrument were highlighted and its operational system was also demonstrated. Training was attended by Faculty of the department of pathology as well as non teaching staff posted in the central laboratory in the hospitals.Training was followed by audience questtions as well as actual demonstration of the procedure.Mentorship, Skilled presentation and discussion with a good deal of student participation and thought provocation made this activity effective.
