The Department of IHBT organized a training program on Clinical Transfusion Guidelines for Nurses, aiming to enhance their knowledge and skills in consent procedures, demand generation, sample handling, product verification, and transfusion monitoring. Dr. Amit Varma and Dr. Mayurika Tyagi led the training, supported by Deputy Nursing Superintendent, Mrs. Deepa Jose. Held on 05.06.23 at Santosh Medical and Dental College Hospitals, the program provided valuable insights and practical skills to the nurses, promising improved patient outcomes and safety.
