Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology celebrated World Cancer Day on 4th February 2023. The program was conducted to create awareness about oral cancer and tobacco usage.
The program was inaugurated by Dr. Akshay Bhargava, Dean Dental. Dr. Kanika Bhalla delivered a talk on ‘Tobacco and its ill effects’, followed by a small video clip by Dr. Neeraj Grover, Prof & Head. Vote of Thanks was given by Dr. Shreya Singh. Around 50 undergraduates students, interns, faculty member and HODs attended the lecture and participated in the event.
