WORLD NO TOBACCO DAY 2022

World No Tobacco Day is celebrated every year on 31st May to make people aware of risk of consuming tobacco, theme for this year is “Tobacco: Threat To Our Environment”.Santosh Dental College and Hospital in collaboration with International College of Dentists celebrated World No Tobacco Day – 2022 under esteemed leadership of Dean – Dr. Akshay Bhargava in college premises with a goal to spread awareness regarding harmful effects of tobacco consumption on an individual as well as on our environment.Department of Public Health Dentistry, Department of Oral Pathology and Department of Orthodontics under guidance of Dr. Mohit Dadu, Dr. Neeraj Grover and Dr. Rajiv Ahluwalia respectively organized various activities like Awareness Rally, Nukkad Natak, and Free Oral Heath Check up Camp along with competition among BDS students like theme based Rangoli competition, Poster competition, Placard competition and Quiz. Students took part enthusiastically in all the events organized and won prizes in their respective competition, the program was completed successfully and highly appreciated.
