Yoga during the day is a great way to get rid of stress that accumulates in body and mind IQAC in collaboration with Bhartiya Yoga Sansthan organized a one hour Yoga workshop for students of Dental College with Pranayam, Meditation & Yoga session to release stress. The students participated enthusiastically & it helped rejuvenate the body and mind.

Yoga Instructor Meenu Gupta from the Bhartiya Yoga Sansthan took the yoga session with great dedication and some faculty members also participated with full interest and eagerness.
