Department Achievements

1.Department came into existence on the day one when santosh dental college and hospital started in 1995 with bachelor degree program BDS.

2.In 2006 post graduate MDS program was started, since then 30 post graduate students have successfully completed the course.

3. Two years certificate course in dental mechanics was started by the department and was upgraded to two years diploma course.

4. In 2018 a new PhD program in integrated Implantology was started.

5.There are 30 research projects completed in the department and there are 8 projects ongoing.

6.There are more than 50 publications in various professional journals.

7.Various Awards have been received in conferences by the post graduates.
